Project 1: Scotford Leadership Experience
After becoming a facilitator for Shell Scotford Refinery’s leadership culture program called the Scotford Leadership Experience.
Project 2: Scotford Onboarding
We continued on to lead an extension of this program in the Scotford Experience Onboarding Program as a training consultant, instructional designer, and facilitator.
Project 3: Walk the Talk – Turnaround
TAP was then asked to help develop and facilitate the safety leadership programs for large turnaround events that traditionally put through approximately 250 -500 internal and external contractors in leadership positions for each event. We have led the training initiatives for the last five turnaround events to date.
Project 4: Walk the Talk – Sustainability Programs
TAP worked with the client to develop three touchpoints with our audience during the event so that the message was consistently presented, and folks were reminded of their important conversations and commitments. A Newsletter was drafted to be sent at the height of the turnaround to remind them of each topic we covered in our workshop. 8 training videos were produced to tell real stories of challenges and wins to optimize their learning, and daily Walk the Talk training tips were incorporated into the daily newsletter to keep the important things top of mind in the day to day operations.
Project 5: Leadership Masterclasses (x3)
As the leadership training consultant, the instructional designer, as well as facilitator for the leadership masterclass, it was our job to create a highly engaged and valuable class that would drive specific behaviours and attitudes. With the help of the client, we were able to create a space for leaders to be present, learn, and explore safely, so that they could deeply connect to the content. This was an opportunity to make a refreshed commitment to psychological safety and empower them to model curiosity and reflection.
